Junk Removal in Pittsburgh, PA

One thing everyone knows about Pittsburgh is that there can be a lot of steps from the street to a home.  The city is known for it's steep hillsides and elevation.  Our customer had a refrigerator that needed removed from the basement of her home.  The street parking was at a higher elevation than the home...lots of flights of stairs.  Our Luggers maneuvered this fridge like the champs that they are!  Up many flight of stairs and to our truck.  It was quite impressive!

Sometimes Luggers have to get creative when cleaning out second story and higher residences.  We aim to complete a job thoroughly and efficiently.  Sometimes doorways, stair access and entrances can be limited or crowded.  Also we want our truck as accessible as possible.  Our Luggers lowered items safely and slowly over a second story deck to the ground.  Ropes were used to secure the items and not only did our Luggers save time, they also enjoyed some sunshine while working!  Pittsburgh, PA is known for hills and elevation.  That sure doesn't stop the Junkluggers of Pittsburgh!

We received a call from Discover Organizing (https://www.discoverorganizing.com/) who was at a client's home in Monroeville, PA.  They needed our assistance with transporting a bed frame and mattress to Off the Floor Pittsburgh (http://offthefloorpgh.org), a furniture bank serving Southwestern Pennsylvania.  The Junkluggers of Pittsburgh is honored to be the company that Discover Organizing chose to call to provide this service.  We are glad to be partners with both Discover Organizing and Off the Floor Pittsburgh to serve the greater Pittsburgh area.  Partnering with professional organizers and non-profits to provide a seamless transport of items is just one of the many services that the Junkluggers of Pittsburgh provides.

We had 3 Luggers do some heavy lifting in the North Hills to remove gorgeous wood dining room furniture including a China Cabinet, Dining Table, and 6 chairs.  These pieces will definitely find a new home through one of our donation partners!
